hey mate, if you have the bottom reducer cup then you are fine, it reduces the oversized head tube to just standard 1.1/8.
but i havent got this plate, and it isnt manufactured anywhere apparently so im stuffed. i couldnt get it working so bought a 24seven frame instead :/
